The design utilizes the GEANT4 program, a Monte Carlo simulation tool, to model radiation generated by electron beams with energies ranging from 6 to 25 MeV. The shielding system consists of multiple layers of protective materials, including lead, iron, polyethylene, and concrete, effectively reducing X-ray, gamma-ray, and neutron radiation.\n\nSimulation results demonstrate that this shielding system can reduce radiation levels in public areas to below 1 mSv\/year and within controlled areas to within 20 mSv\/year. B-factor analysis further highlights the system\u2019s efficiency in attenuating low-energy gamma radiation and indicates the necessity for thicker shielding materials to mitigate high-energy radiation. This design effectively minimizes radiation leakage, ensuring the safety of personnel and the environment during FLASH-RT operations.
